Born and raised in New York State, Melissa moved to the Carolinas in 2017 to attend the Charleston School of Law. After graduating, she found herself gaining experience at a family law firm, where she found her passion for helping families during difficult times. What she loved most about Family Law, was that no two cases are the same and each situation brings new challenges. She is determined to help families throughout Western North Carolina, ensuring a level of trust, empathy, and understanding for each client she takes on.

Outside of her practice, Melissa enjoys exploring the Carolinas with her husband, eating her way through new towns and cities, and reading murder mysteries.
